Small Talk English
Hello
My name is Ashley and I have over 15 years experience as a teacher for children and adults. I began my teaching career as a middle school theatre and English as a Second Language teacher. After leaving public school teaching, I spent several years teaching Chinese children English online. Adults began asking me why I only taught children, and I obtained my TESL certification from the Tennessee Language Center so that I could begin offering quality classes to students of all ages. I combine my theatre and ESL training to provide relatable and engaging classes that help students to feel comfortable learning English.
Small Talk English
Formerly known as English for Everyone, Small Talk English has been offering online and in-person classes in the Nashville, TN area since 2019. Classes are both individual and small groups. Every learner is different, and classes are based around the interests and needs of the individual students. Class content includes: vocabulary, grammar, conversation skills, business English, public speaking, and accent reduction.
